Receptionist Alessia was very welcoming, friendly and helpful on our arrival and same can be said for other staff members on passing each other. Our room was clean on arrival and also cleaned everyday, yes it was a little small with no appliances like a fridge, kettle etc, but my wife and I either brought food/drinks back to the room and really we mostly only came back to the room to either sleep or relax a bit after a day out exploring beautiful Rome etc. Although the room itself does not have any appliances to speak of it does however have a small communal kitchenette upstairs and downstairs with those appliances that you can use free of charge. Yes there was a little bit of street noise from outside, but that can't be helped and honestly any hotel on any main street will have that, but to us it was no issue at all. Yes there are a lot of stairs to walk up to access reception located on the third floor... my advice (if you can) is to leave your bags with someone downstairs and have someone else go upstairs to check-in in case your room is on the lower levels thus eliminating the need to carry bags up and down the stairs making it a little easier. Unlike some other reviews, we found it quite easy to find and remember where the hotel was. As long as your already on the street Via del Tritone, look for Number (94) through the big brown doors, 1st corridor on the right and up the stairs. To help get my bearings I made The "Gelatist Via del Tritone" which is only a couple of shops down as my point of reference in saying that there are lots of other different shops around you can choose to help make your own point of reference if that helps. Depending on where your heading off to, the hotel is centrally situated perfectly for walking short distances to lots of tourist attractions and public transport is easily accessible from the hotel.

We loved our stay at AD suites very much. First of all the location was super convenient for everything, walking distance from all major attractions, minutes to Trevi ( which gave us amazing possibility to see it at night), very close are located several supermarkets, a lot of shops and stores, McDonald's, Starbucks e.t.c It was super centrally located, but at the same time absolutely quet at night and we had amazing rest without any sounds from the street. The bed was 10/10 comfortable, with amazing pillows and sheets, the cleaning man cleaned the room each day while we were out, which was very convenient. Room had everything that was needed, including very nice set of toiletries of a good brand. Manager Anna was super helpful, she offered us a list of recommendations for restaurants and gelatos, which we found incredibly helpful and several places were again walking distance from us so we had amazing lunches there. Check in and check out was super easy, also it is not too far from Termini station and also metro station was in 3 minutes walk. Overall, our stay was perfect and I would definitely return to the same street and same hotel.

The best thing about my stay at AD suites is the staff people who run this guest house. Anna, very patient with explaining all my questions. I would text her with questions about transportation or how to get somewhere, and she would answer right away with the best possible way. She has a lot of knowledge about Rome and gives great tips on the attractions. Ignazio, another example of devotion. I couldn't set up the safe in my room, and he made sure to walk me through the process multiple times until all was clear. He kept the rooms clean made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Location is another win with AD suites. You can literally walk everywhere as far as the attractions go. The subway and the bus stop are steps away, very convenient.

Daniel our host and his team Anna in particular were so friendly and helpful to all our needs given a guided tour of our accommodation on 2nd floor answered all our queries the accommodation was in a perfect location close to Metro station 5 minutes away local buses 10 minutes to walk to Trevi fountain and a supermarket close by Although the suite doesn't provide breakfast tea and coffee were available in reception area of your suites and a fridge to use but there were plenty of places to eat close by and of good standards and prices The rooms were adequate for mini breaks clean and tidy beds made daily rubbish removed too building secure too would definitely recommend this place for its central location

The location is absolutely perfect if you want to walk anywhere around Rome. We absolutely loved the location and that alone made the hotel worth it. The room was spacious and a little window balcony was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there was minimal noise or light coming in from the street. There was coffee for free available which was nice and there was a mini fridge in the room. The aircon was a must in the summer and we took full advantage of it coming home in the day to rest.
